Ivy is a 3-year-old AKC pup. She is a very good dog and is so sweet. It took her a while to come around to us but was just fine once she did.

We got her distemper shot, heartworm medication and she has been chipped for safekeeping. She is current on rabies until 2028 and she has been spayed.

Ivy will bark at the fence and in the car when people walk by or when she hears a strange noise. She tends to get a little anxious when it storms, but we just kept petting her and she calms right down.

Belly rubs are her absolute favorite! Ivy loves to play fetch and will carry her spiky ball around with her. She even brought up toys from downstairs that the resident pup hasn’t played with in a while. She likes to shake paws and knows the command to Sit.

Ivy is a slow eater and she definitely knows what a French fry is. So far, we haven’t had a problem with her counter surfing. She is good in the car, walking on a leash and does extremely well in the pet stores. Ivy likes the dog park the best and also has her own life vest for swimming. She does chase lights and will sit and stare at spots of sunlight on the wall.

Ivy is good with other people (older children) and other dogs, has good recall and is a very obedient dog.

This little lady is definitely a keeper!
