EmmyLou came into rescue because her owners could no longer care for her. She is a petite, sweet girl who has spent most of her time as a mama bear. Now it’s her turn to be cared for, and she’s ready for a human companion who will let her enjoy being spoiled. In fact, how about the center of attention! She enjoys her walks on and off leash, ignoring other dogs. On her daily walks, EmmyLou loves to detour to the local coffee shop for a pup cup. She has made lots of new human friends here!

EmmyLou gets excited at mealtime and snacks. She also enjoys watching TV, cuddled up on the couch with her humans. She hasn’t picked a favorite show yet!

This precious girl needs to be the ONLY dog in the home; she gets jealous of the other dog in the room with her. She is unknown with cats and young children under 10.

EmmyLou can be crated if needed; however, it is not totally necessary. She is fully vaccinated, healthy, and was well loved by the veterinary staff. At a recent grooming session, EmmyLou was simply spectacular and let them trim, cut, and bathe to her glory!
