Giddy up! Cowboy is always ready for an adventure!

Cowboy’s adventures might include playing with the foster dog in the house or giving kisses to the cats. He’s such a mellow fellow that the resident cats can walk up to his food bowl while he is eating, and Cowboy just ignores them. What a dog!

We are not sure if Cowboy has been around water, but he has certainly taken to it in his foster home. If there is a puddle, he will be in it!

Cowboy is a Velcro dog. He loves his people and has never met a stranger. That would include adults, children, dogs, and cats.  He is very active and will need a fence so he can run and play with all his new pals.

No pup can be perfect (although Cowboy is close). His foster family is working on his leash manners and counter surfing. It’s a game to Cowboy, and he hasn’t figured out how to pull anything down.

By the way, there are no more lizards in the yard. Lizard hunting is a popular activity for Florida “hunting dogs” (that would include our Springer Spaniels).

If you are looking for the best little guy ever, Cowboy is your boy. He’s a total love bug and happy just to be around you.

If you’re interested in adopting Cowboy, please submit an Online Adoption Application. It is always the first step in our adoption process.
