Bowie is a young, handsome Springer boy who wants to be king of his castle!

He is also a very loving Velcro Springer who is not fond of sharing his human with another dog. His prior owner said he loves kids. His foster mom says he is “skittish” with her cat.

He is a very active young boy and, like lots of Springers, he could spend the day hunting lizards. He also likes toys and is happy to play with them by himself. Bowie is an active boy and needs plenty of exercise. A fenced yard is a must.  When Bowie is finally ready to relax, he’s a cuddle bug in the house. He is very affectionate and quickly bonded with his foster mom.

Bowie did not receive much puppy training, and he badly needs it. He does not know basic commands except “sit” when he knows he is going for a walk. Bowie needs structure and socialization as well. A puppy class is ideal for that, and will help Bowie bond with his adopter.

He is also up to date with vaccines and is not due for his annual checkup until October.

Bowie is a very special, smart little guy who is bound to steal your heart with his antics. Do you think you would like to give Bowie a Forever Home?

If you’re interested in adopting Bowie, please submit an Online Adoption Application. It is always the first step in our adoption process.
