Trigg is one happy boy! He is loving life as a house dog!

Trigg loves having two other dogs to play with and keep him company. He bonds very quickly to his dog friends and his people. He is often found sleeping curled up with the resident female Springer. Trigg is a very Velcro Springer. He always has a paw or cold nose on his foster mom and follows her everywhere. He has never had an accident in the house.

Being a field bred Springer, Trigg has a high energy level and also a high prey drive. Therefore, no cats, chickens or little critters should be in his new Forever Home. Trigg prefers at least one stay-at-home person to help build his confidence and teach him all the things he is so eager to learn. Trigg was raised with children. He does have some separation anxiety when his foster mom leaves.

Trigg came to ESRA needing emergency urethral prolapse surgery. His recovery is going very well and he has his last vet check in soon. He was also neutered and had his teeth cleaned the same day.

Trigg will need lots of walks, play time and another young playful dog in his new home. He loves his toys too! He has good recall and knows Sit. He would benefit from obedience training.

Please contact ESRA and submit an Online Adoption Application if you’re are interested in Trigg It is always the first step in our adoption process.

Trigg has his paws crossed for a new Forever Family!
