- Liver & white
Meet Sully! Sully is a 5-year-old bench bred, liver and white, 45-pound spayed female. She is very pretty and very smart. She is well behaved, house trained, knows commands (sit, stay, no, off), and she is not a barker or a counter surfer. She will need work on her leash manners. She is a true Velcro Springer and loves to be cuddled and petted and will let you rub her tummy all day. Sully likes to snooze on the couch on her blanket, which is also where she sleeps.
Sully is blind in her left eye, but this doesn’t seem to affect her behavior, probably because she has been blind in that eye since birth. Her eye is always red but the veterinarian says it is not painful, dry, or irritated. She has been well taken care of and loved and is up to date on all shots, heartworm preventative and flea and tick preventative.
Sully can be a little shy around new people, but warms up in about one minute. She is fairly high energy and loves to play tug with her rope toy and fetch with her balls. She also loves riding in the car. Sully likes all other animals; even the Guinea pig in her foster home is her friend.
She had been in the same home since she was five weeks old but was given up to ESRA because there was a young child in the home and a baby on the way. Her family thought it might be a bit too much for them and her. Sully would do best in a home with adults only or a family with children school aged and older.
You will fall in love with her on sight as her foster parents did!
