Meet Rosie! This beautiful, happy girl deserves a chance at a better life and ESRA is here to make that happen. All we need is a foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can get the love and medical treatment she needs (at ESRA's expense).

Rosie came to us from an area shelter where she was dirty, matted and covered with fleas. She was limping on her back leg and we rushed her to the vet for a checkup. We learned that Rosie needs hip surgery, most likely due to trauma she suffered in the past. She also tested positive for heartworms, which does require treatment. You can see that Rosie is a dog with many needs and it will be about four months before her adoption can be finalized.

Rosie is a happy, happy girl who just wants to please you. She loves children and gets along well with adult dogs.

Rosie is house trained, crate trained and loves to play. Her favorite game is tug of war and she entertains herself by tossing her toys in the air. What fun!

Rosie will be so happy when she's able to run and play free from pain! Are you able to help Rosie? She's so worthy of your love!

Please submit an Online Adoption Application if you are interested in Rosie. It is always the first step in our adoption process.
