- Liver & white
Need a little happiness and bounce in your life? Cooper is the guy to bring those things to you. This one-year-old is full of Springer joy and is as smart as a whip. He would love to participate in outdoor activities with you! He likes people of all ages, but he may have too much bounce for small children or elderly families.
Coop knows basic commands, and he rides well in the car. He is housetrained and invisible-fence trained. He prefers not to be locked in a crate, so much so that he has become a master escape artist when he is closed inside one. However, he will nap in an open crate.
Cooper is showing signs of being a dominant male dog. He really would like to be the leader of the dog pack. He does well with the submissive male dogs and the female dogs at his foster home.
This beautiful liver-and-white boy loves to snuggle with you while you are at home. He entertains himself with chew toys, and he adores his soft dog bed or a good spot on the couch. When he’s out and about, Cooper loves to carry something around in his mouth, whether it’s a stick or a blade of grass, as you can see in the photos.
Clever Cooper is at the appropriate age to learn new things. We recommend that his new family participates in positive obedience training with him. Coop has some field sense, so he could become a good working dog with positive reinforcement.
Cooper must have daily exercise and challenges to keep him out of trouble. He is smart enough to find possibly inappropriate things to do on his own if you do not provide an outlet for his energy.
