Bruno is one very cool dog! He's gorgeous, full of Springer energy, he's a stunning athlete and he has the most exceptional temperament. Sadly, he's been tossed around quite a bit in his short years through no fault of his own. We are over the moon that he found his way to ESRA where we'll make sure Bruno is placed in the perfect home and that his adoption lasts forever.
This wonderful boy is so sweet and loving! His ideal family is an active one who will include him as a family member. He's a busy boy and full of energy. Bruno would be an amazing jogging partner or a perfect sidekick for outdoor activities. He would excel in fly ball or agility. He has some of the longest legs we've ever seen, he's muscular, lean and fit. His foster mom is working on basic obedience with him but his adoptive family must continue his training -- especially his leash skills. Bruno will require a harness. He's still very much a pup.
Bruno loves his toys, he loves to run, he loves to play-- especially in the water hose! We believe he would be happiest with another young, playful dog and a large yard in which to bound around. Bruno's best suited for a home with older children, as he can easily knock little ones over in his exuberance. He crates beautifully and should be crated when left alone to keep him out of mischief. A stay-at-home or work-at-home person would be best so he doesn't have to be crated all day long. Bruno’s a fantastic passenger in the car. He LOVES to chase cats – so, no cats, please!
Bruno is tall, lean, muscular and strong. He's in excellent health, has been neutered, brought current on vaccinations and microchipped. Fortunately, he arrived heartworm negative.
