Introducing Georgia’s polite and ladylike girl, Betty. Miss Betty is incredibly well-behaved, sweet, quiet and gentle. She is totally housetrained, comes when called and would never even consider countersurfing or causing any mischief.
Betty has a lot of love to share with the right Forever Family. She just wants to be with her people. She’s quite smart and learned her foster home’s household routine right away. She is accustomed to lounging on the furniture and is hoping her adopters will make room on the couch.
Betty would be happiest as an only dog, soaking up all the human attention. However with some patience, she has learned to get along with the other dogs in her foster home. She seems fond of the cat and follows him around, hoping he will consider a game of chase.
She does well with the teens and adults in her foster home, giving excited greetings when family members come home. She is right at the door to welcome visitors but is also a dedicated watchdog, barking at strangers when no one is home.
Betty does have a cataract in one eye and suffers from allergies, which are controlled with daily Apoquel, a medication that costs approximately $35 per month.
Won’t you consider adding this pretty nine-year-old girl to your family? Betty promises to be a loving and easy companion.
