Bella is a five-year-old gem. She’s a quiet girl, perfectly well-behaved in the house. She’ll give a tiny woof if she needs to go out. She’s crate trained, but sleeps on a dog bed. She’s great with children and grew up with them. She’s a laid-back Springer for five years old. She’s a Velcro dog and enjoys attention. She is used to being around her humans most of the time, so might not do well left alone for a long work week.
She is on medication for a seizure disorder. Historically, they only occur at night and she sometimes would fall off the bed. (She now sleeps in a dog bed on ground level.) They are controlled with medications. Due to the meds, she has a voracious appetite, so vigilance is needed to ensure that she doesn’t get into anything in the house that she shouldn’t, or help herself to food on the countertops. Since we switched her flea/tick medication, she has not had any seizures in foster care, so we may be onto something.
She loves to have her belly rubbed and is excited to meet any human who might give her attention. She is great with other dogs, but also would do fine as a spoiled only dog. Don’t miss out on this fantastic girl!
