Bear came to us from a family that disagreed on whether he should be an inside dog or an outside dog. Bear’s best interests lost out when he was relegated to being an outside dog. Unhappy with his plight, concerned family members contacted ESRA. Now Bear will be able to find comfort and happiness in a family home.
This is a kind, sweet, all-around good guy. He doesn’t come with any baggage. He fit right into the pack at his foster home. He shares his toys and walks on a leash just fine. Bear is housetrained and has free rein of the house when his foster family is away. He enjoys hanging out on the fluffy dog beds around the house. He is very gentle when he takes a treat. He knows some basic commands, and he recalls from the backyard nicely. This boy is perfect!
Bear has been examined by the vet and is healthy. He is in good condition and has been neutered and microchipped. Bear is up to date on shots and is ready to find his Forever Home. All that this wonderful guy needs is a family who will show him the love and care he so richly deserves. Could that family be yours? If so, please contact his case managers right away!
Please note that an approved adoption application is the first step in a more thorough interview process that is designed to match each dog to exactly the right family, and the final decision rests with the dog’s case manager.
