- Mixed breed coat
Meet Alli! You may notice that she doesn't look all Springer. That's because she's actually a purebred English Cocker. But she was in a dire situation, so ESRA accepted her into our program. She does act very much like a Springer — just a smaller model!
Alli (whose full name is Alleluia) is being fostered in a home with two adults and a senior Springer, and she does well with everyone. Her foster family describes her as a doll. They say that she does something they call a “goat prance walk” which is adorable!
Cute little Alli thrives on routine, and she loves having a calm, predictable household. She will do best in an adult home where she can get lots of belly rubs and affection. If you are a morning person, Alli may be a great match for you. She wakes up with the sun and is immediately ready to go out and do her business.
Her foster family has been crate training Alli with success. She sleeps in the crate and has free rein of the house after she potties in the morning. Alli is on a predictable eating/sleeping/potty schedule which has been working well. Her foster family would be happy to discuss the “magic schedule” with prospective adopters.
This low-key sweetheart of a dog will make a fantastic friend for a lucky family. If you'd like to learn more about her, please fill out an online Adoption Application and then contact her case managers.
