Introducing Sydney! Sydney is a 1 year old beagle mix that was rescued from a high kill shelter. She was dumped by her owner once he didn't want his dogs anymore. Sydney is a petite girl weighing in at around 30lbs. She is very loving and will do well in a home that wants a sweet girl to cuddle with. Sydney does well with other dogs but is unsure of cats. Black and white, 4 year old female border collie/springer mix needs home. "Happy" was brought to our clinic through animal control on 10/10. She is very sweet. She knows sit, down and shake. I have tried all avenues to find her original owner but have not been successful. I do need to find a home for her soon, we are a small clinic and do not have a lot of room to keep her for an extended period of time. Because "Happy" was brought in through animal control. I don't have any medical history, but she seems to be in good health. She is not very hyper like a typical border collie or springer. She is pretty laid back and loves attention.

Heath is a 4-5 year old English Springer Spaniel. He is a wonderful companion who needs a special home. He was rescued from our local impound so we are unsure of his past, although we think he may have spent several years in severe pain. Heath was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Now that he is taking medication he is a happy dog and is feeling great.
Heath is a mellow laid back Spaniel but loves to go for walks and spend time outdoors with his foster family. When he first came to us, Heath did not want to have anything to do with the other foster dogs. We aren't sure if this was because of his pain or that he prefers not to socialize. He is now much better at accepting being close to the others, but will need a home as an only dog or possibly with one that is as uninterested in a "4-legged friend" as he seems to be.
Heath has a lot of love to give to the right person. He is house trained, crate trained and current on vaccinations. Heath will need to continue on his medication for the rest of this life which will run about $1.50 per day. Sally and Sebastian came to the shelter when their person entered a nursing home. They have lived together all of their lives, and they need to go to a home together.
Sally seems much younger than her years. Both are very loving and, having lived in a home environment, love people and crave attention.
They are real sweethearts and deserve to find a loving home where they can grow old together.
