TANNER
In May of this year, I was fortunately referred to June Davis, ESRA Sunshine Region Coordinator by Jan Flagg. That referral has changed my life. Not only did Tanner and I find each other, I have had the opportunity to meet a number of wonderful people and several terrific dogs as an ESRA foster parent.
Tanner, at just 15 months of age, had lived with three separate families. A sweet and very loving dog, he needed a home where his energy and exuberance would not get him in trouble. June, knowing how much I wanted to adopt a Springer, referred me directly to Tanner's previous owners. Within a week, Tanner was in his forever home where he has 2 acres to roam, a sibling "Cari" (Border Collie/Terrier mix), the "big dogs" (Arabian geldings Ringo and Fiero) and, of course, the occasional ESRA foster brother. His current foster brother is Rocket, a seven month old ESS who is posted on the ESRA website.
Tanner is energetic, smart, funny and always so very loving. He is a source of continual joy. Thank you June! And thank you ESRA!
