Hi! My name is Spike and this is my very Happy Ending story. Some of you may know me as Sprite, as that was what my wonderful foster mom Suzanne Dilts called me. Then, two CRAZY people from Denver, Colorado, Robin and Derek Wolfgram, saw me on ESRA's webpage. Derek fell in love with me the moment he laid eyes on me, and wheels were set in motion for them to fly from Denver to California to get me.
To
make a long story short, as I can go on quite a bit, Suzanne Dilts was able
to let me go, and my adventure began. Robin, Derek and I spent the afternoon
touring Newport Beach and the surrounding areas before we headed off to the
airport. What fun! I got to fly back to Denver with them on the plane! Unfortunately,
when we got to Denver, there was this cold, wet, white stuff all over the
ground and it was COLD!
Thanks to Suzanne, my parents met Karen Williams and got a nerdy little sister for me, Aggie. She's fun most of the time. Dad likes me best though I think! I've made lots of new friends and have seen lots of fun places. I've even completed obedience class. My parents think they're going to be able to enter me in some obedience competitions! We'll see!
