HAPPY ENDINGS!

JUSTUS

"On May 21, 2000, I received a wonderful friend and companion, my beloved English Springer Spaniel named Justus, aka Jussie. I had some reservations about adopting a dog, one I knew nothing about, but when I first saw him I knew I had made the right decision. Selfishly, at first, I loved the way he looked, very distinguished with his bobbed tail and large black saddle, but as time passed I grew to love his sweet personality. See, when Jussie ran, which was rare, he actually smiled! Those ears flopped up and down and he was a happy fellow.

He was the biggest tail wagger I have ever known. All I'd have to do was wake up in the morning and as soon as my feet hit the floor Jussie was wagging his tail at me...nope not a word came from my mouth...he just knew he was loved and he was so glad to be with us.

On November 6, 2000, Jussie's maker decided it was time for him to go.

So sadly missed, but in my heart I know he is safe and no longer feeling any pain. I'll always remember his warm body laying at my feet and that wonderful smile he gave me. May the Lord Bless you well Jussie. Mom"
