St. Croix Valley Kennel Club for Minnesota Responsible Dog Ownership Day

This event is the combined effort of over 25 All-Breed, Group, and Specialty Clubs from across Minnesota. This event is held in conjunction with an AKC Canine Experience, offering match classes for conformation, obedience and rally at no charge to the participants in the afternoon. Microchipping will be offered for $25.00 and $5.00 from each chip will be donated to a charity of the servicing clinic's choice. Demonstrations of agility, obedience, rally, drafting, and conformation handling will be offered during the morning hours. No charge to the public for admission or parking. Food available on site with the net proceeds going to a youth group organization.

On Sunday, September 19, 2010, a special pack of ESRA volunteers and their dogs will participate in a fundraising, scenic one-mile walk on the beach. After the "strut," enjoy the doggie-themed festival that includes massage and pooch pampering, training demonstrations, doggie yoga, the hottest products and accessories, free treats, music, food, contests, and more.

Wisconsin Annual Fall Springer Picnic
Come join us for the Fifth Annual English Springer Spaniel Day!!!
Token Creek Park
Sunday, October 24th
11am - 4pm
Token Creek Park is located on US Highway 51, north of Madison, Wisconsin.
The large fenced in dog exercise area is all the way to the end of the park.
We have the pavilion nearest to that area reserved. Just look for the English Springer Rescue America sign.  You will need to pay $4.00 for each dog you bring.  They will need to have a leash on them at all times, however they didn't say you needed to hold that leash. Bar-B-Que will be
supplied.  You should bring a dish to pass, your own beverages, and dinnerware.  Most importantly bring your pooches!!  You will really enjoy getting to know other dog lovers.  There will be a raffle and other games.
